  • Extentia’s flexible pricing engine allows clients to set their own tariff. Mark-ups can be configured per destination, per product or hotel, and vary by day and date.
  • Clients can enter comprehensive information on all their travel products and destinations - descriptions, available facilities, pictures, and maps. Google Maps integration is available to help users visually find hotel location specific offers and destinations across the country.
  • Multiple products can be packaged dynamically and purchased in a single shopping basket transaction. This shopping cart allows users to select several bookings, or products across properties.
  • Real-time immediate booking, cancellation, and amendment for transactions, while customers receive an instant confirmation by email. Payment is made possible by credit card or on account.
  • Store contracts in the TMS database. Travel clients have full control of prices, allocations release periods, cancellation terms, special offers and restrictions
  • TMS supports an unlimited number of currencies and languages, and clients can add your own translations as necessary. New features and products can be rolled out as and when you require them
  • Sell travel products either directly to the public, or through agents and affiliates
  • Generate up-to-the-minute analysis of all business information, such as hotel availability, searches, bookings, affiliate, and partner sales.
  • Extentia’s TMS provides built-in connectivity for a range of third-party XML suppliers and wholesalers
  • Access the secure back-office interface over the Internet from anywhere in the world
